Sad news.. My best "Lisa Memory" -- 7th grade homeroom... sat next to her and we talked (way too much for the teacher's liking..); catching up on each other's weekend or what was going on that week. For a dorky 7th grade boy... what better thing than to have those special minutes with one of the nicest girls in the school? Been reminiscing about those days a lot since hearing of her health challenges... and now of her passing. Rest easy Lisa... you're remembered fondly.

Lisa was beautiful lady who was also a very nice person .. I knew Lisa on a social basis and my brother Bob and Lisa were pals also I recall .. Bob loved to photograph  and took a beatiful picture of Lisa attached when she was in High School.  I have stayed in touch with Lisa though Facebook and was hoping to catch up with her at some  Tiger Gatherings over the past few years. The last time i saw Lisa was our Tiger 35th year reunion ( pix Attached)   I was saddended to hear of her passing. My thoughts and prayers go out to her familly at this time of sorrow. Lisa  will always be remebered and will live in our thoughts and in spirit going forward .

Let's raise a glass to one of the nicest girls in school. She defied notions that tall beautiful blond girls must be snobs or unapproachable. She was the antithesis of that. Saved a lovely note she wrote me after SP women's luncheon. I'll treasure it. We were better off for having her in our class. May her memory be a blessing

I was saddened and somewhat surprised on hearing Lisa's passing. Lisa and I were just starting to communicate with each other before she was hospitalized and moved to be with her brother. We "waved" at each other on Messenger and that's when we began reconnecting.  I will remember Lisa with fondness as we were both "Amazons" in Jr. High in the same gym class. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends, and to the SoPas Alumni who knew her much better than I wanted to towards the end.  Sleep in Peace Lisa until we meet again.

Another beautiful angel. Gone too soon. Love this girl. She is now a shining star to watch over all.
